海洋工程领域对钛标准件表面处理的技术要求

钛及钛合金由于耐磨性较差,制造那些易磨损零件时,常常对其进行表面处理,提高表面硬度,进而提高耐磨性。钛的表面处理方法很多,有离子氮化(或等离子渗氮)、表面沉积氮化钛、离子注人、表面合金化和表面喷涂陶瓷涂层等。

3、金属构件绝缘涂层制备技术

钛合金虽然具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,但在海水和海洋大气腐蚀环境中,当钛合金与异种金属接触使用时, 由于其表面自然形成的TiO2膜电极电位高而产生电位差, 电位较低的异种金属表面将被氧化,导致材料腐蚀失效。因此,为避免在使用中与钛合金接触的由铜、铜合金、钢制成的管道、管系附件及其他船舶制造零件在海水中的腐蚀,必须通过适当的表面处理方法在钛合金表面形成一层绝缘防腐涂层,改善钛及其他金属材料的耐腐蚀性能。绝缘防腐涂层的制备手段包括微弧氧化陶瓷绝缘涂层、微弧氧化纳米陶瓷涂层、阳极氧化绝缘涂层等。
